This was just an excellent fit for a short staycation in Port Allen with incredible value for money. The other guests were polite, and I felt safe despite being a solo traveler. For the best experience, try to book your stay during the week when it's less crowded.

The staff was friendly but what really stood out was how they were genuinely trying to help us with our electronic key issues. After a long drive, we just wanted to get settled but the key wouldn't work, and the guy from the front desk came right up to our room to help us out. That kind of service was definitely appreciated, made us feel a bit special and taken care of.

It was a bit costly for what we got, but it wasn’t completely off the charts.

Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, especially for our large family with four babies. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the little ones. Breakfast was a definite highlight with a delicious selection, much better than we expected.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the nearby truck stop made it challenging for the babies to sleep. A soundproofing upgrade would truly enhance the experience for families.

The location is very convenient for traveling in and out of the city. The staff provided excellent customer service and were always available to assist.

the room had air conditioning and a private bathroom. cable channels were great and there was a microwave and refrigerator for snacks. free toiletries were provided. the outdoor swimming pool was nice for a soak. it's located close to good food options and the staff was really helpful.
